Robert Schinkel is an acclaimed tea sommelier and cocktail bartender from Amsterdam. He has spent the last 15 years traveling the world and sharing his passion for flavor and drinks, tea in particular. He is known for his innovative take on tea highlighted by his tea and food pairing sessions and the hundreds of tea cocktail recipes that he has created.
