Brewing method
Brew the tea in hot water (95°C) in a gaiwan or a teapot made of porous clay. The proportion is 7-8 g per 100 ml. The time of the first infusion is about 10 seconds. After that, do short infusion (just for 1 second) increasing the infusion time for each subsequent infusion, if necessary. You can infuse the tea up to approximately 8 times.
