Taste and aroma
The bouquet of the ready-made tea is mature, woody and nutty, with balsamic, bread and spicy notes.
The aroma is deep, warm and nutty.
The taste is rich, juicy and sweet with a slight bitterness.
Brew the tea in hot water (95°C) in a gaiwan or a teapot made of porous clay. The proportion is 7-8 g per 100 ml. The time of the first infusion is about 10 seconds. After that do short infusions (just for 1 second) increasing the infusion time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can infuse the tea up to approximately 8 times.
