Aged Shu Puer «Nannuo Lao Shu Cha» was made in 2019 by the order of Moychay company from the raw materials harvested in 2009.

357-g teacake of medium density, broken effortlessly with fingers into brown and reddish flagella of twisted tips. The aroma is restrained, woody with a hint of spicy herbs. The infusion is transparent, dark reddish-chestnut.

The bouquet of the ready-made tea is mature, woody, with notes of fried rice, spicy herbs, nuts, cocoa beans, and dried fruits. The aroma is deep and warm, woody-herbaceous. The taste is rich and smooth, buttery, sweetish, with a juicy bitterness of cocoa beans, spicy nuances, and the lingering finish.

Brew tea with hot water (95°C) in a gaiwan or a teapot made of porous clay. The proportion is 6-8 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 5-7 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1 second) increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to 10 times.

Aged Shu Puer «Nannuo Lao Shu Cha» goes well both as an effective natural energetic and as a means for relaxation and rest. It all depends on the concentration: the higher it is, the stronger the tonic effect.
