Wangjia Shen Yun is an aged Shu puer from Wangjia tea farm (Lincang County).

In appearance: medium sized fragments of dark brown leaves. The aroma is intense, earthy. The infusion is transparent, with a chestnut-red shade.

The bouquet of the ready-made tea is mature, multi-faceted, spicy-and-woody, with earthy, nutty, balsamic and cognac notes. The aroma is rich and heavy, woody with an earthy accent. The taste is full-bodied and mellow, a bit spicy, sweetish, with a delicate sourness of dry berries and lingering finish.

Brew tea with hot water (95°C) in a gaiwan or a teapot made of porous clay. The proportion is 4-5 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 5-7 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1-2 seconds) increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to 12 times.

Wangjia Shen Yun is a great aged tea for collectors and sophisticated connoisseurs.
