Brewing method
Brew tea with hot water (92-98°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 4-5 g per 100 ml. Rinse the tea with hot water and do the first infusion of about 3-5 seconds. After that do flash infusions (1 second), increasing the infusion time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can brew this tea up to approximately 7-8 times.
