“Yongde Dashu Hong Cha” is a red tea from large trees made in Yongde County (Lincang County, Yunnan Northwest Tea Region), first spring harvest 2021.

In appearance: large, dak-brown twisted leaves and reddish buds. The aroma is intensive, fruity with a hint of ray bread. The infusion is transparent, with a shade of dark amber.

The bouquet of the ready-made tea is multifaceted and vivid, with notes of dry fruits, rye bread, buckwheat honey, spice and citrus. The aroma is rich and warm, complex, with fruit and honey hints. The taste is rich, sweet, astringent, with refined citrus sourness and juicy finish.

Steep the tea in a hot water (95°C) in a gaiwan or a teapot made of porous clay. The proportion is 5 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 10 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 2-3 seconds) increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to 9 times.

“Yongde Dashu Hong Cha” is an excellent tea with rich, multifaceted flavor and strong warming effect.
