“Yesheng Zi Ya Bao” (“Purple buds of wild tea trees”) was harvested in Yongde District (Lincang County) in Spring 2020.
In appearance: large, light greenish-pink buds. The aroma is delicate, floral. The infusion is transparent, with a very light shade of white grapes.
The bouquet of the ready-made tea is fresh and delicate, berry-floral, with notes of Damask rose, spicy herbs and lychee fruits. The aroma is delicate, floral. The taste is refined and sweet, multifaceted, with refreshing berry sourness, nuances of spices and juicy finish.
Brew tea with hot water (70-80°C) in a gaiwan or a teapot made of porous clay. The proportion is 4-5 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 8-10 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 5-7 seconds) increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to 12 times.
