"Cha Chan Yi Wei" was made in Menghai from raw materials harvested in 2018. "Cha Chan Yi Wei" is a classic Buddhist aphorism (in english; Chan and tea taste the same) in turn, the term "Chan", better known in the Japanese transcription "Zen", is translated as "enlightenment", "meditation"or "contemplation”.
Brew the tea in hot water (95°C) in a gaiwan or a teapot made of porous clay. The proportion is 6-7 g per 100 ml. The time of the first infusion is about 10 seconds. After that short infusion (just for 2-3 second) increasing infusion time for each subsequent infusion, if necessary. You can infuse the tea up to 8 times.
