«Gaoshan Mi Jin Hong Cha» is the alpine red tea from Fujian Province. 

In appearance: thin, curved, dark brown flagellum twisted tips – dark brown with a light yellow-reddish fuzz. The fragrance is deep and warm, fruity with biscuit accent. The liquor is transparent with chestnut hue.

The bouquet of brewed tea is bright and warm, multifaceted, with fruity, biscuit, woody, honey, floral and citrus notes. The fragrance is deep and warm, soothing. The taste is refined and silky, sweetish, with delicate fruity tartness, citrus sourness and lingering finish.

Brew tea with hot water (95°C) in a porcelain gaiwan or a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 4-5 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 6-8 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1 second), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to 9 times.
