Alpine oolong "Ya shi xiang" was made in the “Fengxi tea farm” in the Wudong peak area. Processed by traditional technology (moderate fermentation, prolonged heating on charcoal).

In appearance: thin, lengthwise twisted leaves of dark brown colors. The aroma is rich, spicy-floral with a touch of berries. Infusion is transparent, with a golden almond hue.

The bouquet of brewed tea is elegant, multifaceted, spicy-floral, with notes of white clove, ginger, black currant and citrus. The fragrance is refined and sonorous, sweet, spicy-floral. The taste is rich and full-bodied, silky, sweetish, with delicate berry sourness, grapes tartness, hints of spice and lingering aftertaste.

Brew tea with hot water (95°C) in a porcelain gaiwan or a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 4-5 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 10 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 2-3 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to 9 times.

"Ya shi xiang" is a perfect choice for both everyday and ceremonial tea drinking. It quenches thirst, refreshes perception and gives rise the most positive emotions.
