Taste and aroma
The bouquet of ready-made tea is multifaceted and vivid, fruity-floral with honey, biscuit, citrus and spicy notes.
The aroma is high and sweet, honey.
The taste is refined, full-bodied, oily and sweet, with berry acidity, spicy nuances and a long, refreshing finish.
Brew tea with hot water (90-95°C) in a porcelain gaiwan or a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 4-5 g per 100 ml. The time of the first infusion is about 5-7 seconds. After that do short infusions (just for 1-2 seconds), increasing the infusion time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can infuse the tea up to approximately 9 times.
