General information

Shu Pu-erh «Lao Chahu» (,which means «Old teapot») was made from Burmese raw materials and harvested in 2017.

Brewing method

Brew the tea with hot water (95°C) in a gaiwan or a teapot made of porous clay. The proportion is 6-8 g per 100 ml. The time of the first infusion is about 5-7 seconds. After that do short infusions (just for 1 second) increasing the infusion time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can infuse the tea up to approximately 8-9 times.
