Visual description

The 100-gram cake of medium density consists of pressed, brown leaves, thin cuttings and reddish tips. 

The fragrance is restrained, woody and nutty. 

The infusion is dark with a reddish-chestnut color.

Taste and aroma

The bouquet of the ready-made tea is mature, woody and nutty with notes of ripened leaves, bread and dried fruits. 

The aroma is warm and nutty. 

The taste is rich, mellow, sweetish, has a slight bitterness and a velvety finish.

Brewing method

Brew the tea in hot water (95°C) in a gaiwan or a teapot made of porous clay. The proportion is 7-8 g per 100 ml. The time of the first infusion is about 10 seconds. After the first few infusions of about 2-3 seconds,  increase the infusion time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to approximately 8 times.
