Oolong «Tie Guanyin Tulou» («Tie Guanyin from Tulou Castel») was made in the spring of 2020 by qingxiang technology (light fermentation, moderate heating).
Brew the tea with hot water (80-85°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in a teapot of celadon or porous clay. The proportion is 6 g per 100 ml. The time of the first infusion is about 5-7 seconds. After that do short infusions (just for 1-2 seconds), increasing the infusion time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat this method up to approximately 10 times.
