Taste and aroma
The bouquet of the ready-made tea is mature and woody, with notes of ripe leaves, nuts, bread and dried berries.
The aroma is warm, woody and calm.
The taste is soft, sweet, with light wood astringency and sourness of dried berries and has a medium density.
This aged shu pu-erh was from raw materials harvested in the Menghai tea region in 2019. It was pressed by the order of Moychay in 2020.
Brew the tea with hot water (95°C) in a gaiwan or a teapot made of porous clay. The proportion is 6 g per 100 ml. The time of the first infusion is about 5-7 seconds. After that do short infusions (just for 1 second) increasing the infusion time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can infuse the tea up to approximately 7-8 times.
