General information
Red tea «Youngde Yesheng Hong Cha» was made in 2020 in Youngde County, Yunnan province. The first spring shoots of wild tea trees were used as raw materials.
Brewing method
Brew the tea with hot water (95°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 5-6 g per 100 ml. The time of the first infusion is about 10 seconds. After that do short infusions (just for 1-2 seconds), increasing the infusion time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat infusing up to approximately 10 times.
