Oolong «Huang Meigui» («Yellow Rose») was made from Huang Meigui spring shoots in Yunlong tea farm (medium heat), harvest 2019.
Brew the tea with hot boiling water (90-95°C) in a porcelain gaiwan or in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 5 g per 100 ml. The time of the first infusion is about 5-7 seconds. After that do short infusions (just for 1-2 seconds), increasing the infusion time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat this method up to approximately 6-7 times
