Alishan light oolong. Mount Ali is a Taiwan most famous tea destination, and it's light oolong became one of the standard of Taiwanese tea in general. When we say "Taiwan gaoshan cha", "Taiwanese high mountain tea", we mostly mean Alishan tea. Same time, because of amount of production and very high amount of tourists visiting the area, find out really quality Alishan tea is a quite challenging.
