In appearance: large, silvery-brown, curved buds with thin cuttings. The aroma is intensive, spicy-floral. The infusion is clear, grape-yellow in color.
The bouquet of ready-made tea is fresh, floral-herbaceous with balsamic, mint and berry notes. The aroma is complex, berry-floral. The taste is dense, soft and oily, with a refined berry sourness, nuances of spices and long lemon-mint finish.
Steep the tea in a hot water (90-92°C) in a gaiwan or a teapot made of porous clay. The proportion is 6 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is 15 seconds. Then do short steeps (5-7 seconds) increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to 10 times.
