In appearance: large, curved flagella of dark-brown tea leaves with thin stems. The fragrance is restrained, woody with a fruity hint. The liquor is transparent, with an amber shade.

The bouquet of the ready-made tea is warm, fruity and woody, with bready, spicy and floral notes. The aroma is delicate, fruity and floral. The taste is strong, oily, slightly tart, sweetish, with nuances of spices, fruity sourness and a refreshing finish.

Steep the tea in a hot water (95°C) in a gaiwan or in a teapot made of porous clay. The proportion is 6 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is 30 seconds. After that do short steeps (15 seconds) increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to 5-6 times.
